Great hotel with a central location.

Pros: It's central location & character.
Location: Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Ideal for walking on the hills as well....
Had a very pleasant weekend break away in Gt Malvern. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and were always available to help. The central location of the hotel made it ideal for walking on the hills and for eating out in the evening, the restaurants being only a short walk away. Our room was clean & tidy on arrival and had a wonderful view over the town. Would definitely consider a return visit.

Visiting family

Good value for money, perfect location in the centre of Malvern. We didn't use the restaurant, except for breakfast and that certainly ticked all the boxes. Rooms were very clean, though a bit dated. Bar service we found to be quite expensive, but you expect that in hotels. Overall, perfectly pleasant experience and we would use the Abbey again.
