Dreams was excellent. However ebookers booked us on an easyJet flight which didn’t include overhead locker cabin baggage!! Dreams excellent. Ebookers less so.

You know, we can’t find any fault with the hotel on our week long stay. We’ve a tendency to book different hotels just for the change of scenery but we may have trouble finding better. Particularly nice and friendly team throughout.

Everything was beautiful, food fantastic. Staff so attentive and lovely. Rooms spotless. Only complaint was check in which was so slow! Bed very hard.

Had a very pleasant 10 day stay ( deluxe area ) end of March. This is appropriately graded a 4 star and definately not a 5 star hotel / resort. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff particularly in resturaunt. Very noisy ' entertainment' coming all day from adjacent hotel.

Day 1 I was told there were no double beds and they had pushed two twins together. They offered me a room switch the following day and to come after 3pm tomorrow to change. On day 2 I went to the desk to change rooms and was told because I hadn’t come earlier to confirm this was the action I wanted to take they had allocated my room to someone else. After a long argument about it not being properly explained to me that I had to come early to confirm, I was eventually given a room with a king bed which seemed fair enough although I shouldn’t have had to argue with reception staff for ten minutes to achieve this. The new room was initially fine but after a day our room key randomly stopped working and it took two trips to reception to resolve this. A day later our room lock malfunctioned entirely and an engineer had to come out to replace the whole thing. Day 5 our keys malfunctioned again which required the attention of the engineer again and multiple reception visits. Despite all out troubles, no compensation offers were made by any of the staff. I rate my stay average as, despite the facility troubles, the food and our overall holiday experience was good.
