We were welcomed warmly and treated like family by all the members of staff from the reception the kitchen staff and domestics and even the guests were like family No issues at all We would certainly recommend this hotel to family and friends and use again

My third stay at the Pen Mill , I would definitely recommend staying here. Food amazing, I arrived on Sunday, people were queuing for tables, the carvery was fabulous as were all the staff a credit to the owners John , Sarah and of course George! Thank you for another lovely staff .!

Super stay, right next to the station.

Booked this hotel as a 2nd choice, but upon arrival, i soon realised that it should’ve been my 1st choice. Lovely pub, really helpful staff and a super clean room. Biscuits, tea and coffee in the room was a nice touch. We had to catch an early train in the morning so we missed the breakfast but self checkout was very easy. Overall a lovely stay and I’d highly recommend it.
