The location of the property was good. All the staff were pleasant but didn't seem very well organised. We had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to take our breakfast order plus the reception was poorly staffed (we had to rely on cleaning staff to lift the barrier on our exit as we couldn't find anyone on reception). I could imagine this being a problem at busy periods.

Sauna and basic with an old bathroom.

It wasn’t that good. My first stay in York ruined it. I had to change rooms. Sauna all day and night. Bathroom’s so old and the rooms were just so basic. There’s photographs on the website said otherwise, unless it’s a false advertisement. The shower felt so good and powerful. I could not get to sleep mostly all night due to bright lights in the corridor and shined into my room. There’s nothing positive about this accommodation sadly. They refused to give me the refund. Wow(!) Rooms need to be refurbished. Bathrooms need to be new and modern.

Okay but not great

Pros: Very clean and nicely decorated. Staffs were also nice
Cons: No hot water in the morning! T.V and toilet were not working properly!!
Location: Close to the main attraction and shopping area.
