La vue était splendide et le personnel exceptionnel! Un grand merci à eux car ils étaient à l’écoute, prenaient des nouvelles, accueillants, sympathiques et j’en passe. Super ambiance! Nous y retournerons

Un hotel a rayer des offres ebookers , attention à eviter à tout prix ! Ne vous faites pas avoir par les images trompeuses et vous faire abuser. Chambres avec odeur de moisi , quand il pleut l'eau rentre dans la chambre ,sanitaires entartrés , mobilier très sommaire , sofa avec dossier en BETON !! , aucun miroir , douche sans porte savons, wifi marche pas , télévision ne capte aucune chaine étrangère , oublis répétés du service de chambre , pas de shampoings , pas de café soluble , management totalement incompétent ( une certaine Ana ) et sourd aux demandes des clients. Notre porte est restée bloquée . Aucune aide de l'hôtel nous avons dû nous débrouiller sous peine de coucher dehors. Montagne de détritus puants devant l'hôtel, nuées de mouches et le soir des rats... Seule chose que l'hôtel fait soigneusement c'est de vous encaisser dès l'arrivée. Nous avons demandé de quitter , aucun remboursement possible . Deux semaines d'enfer et des vacances ratées dans une "suite junior" au prix totalement exagéré pour un taudis.
