I stayed for 1 night, and it wasn't enough to have a complete image but I can I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness, the very good breakfast and the free parking, which is super rare in Switzerland. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is excellent. There is also a wonderful sauna and spa. It was really unfortunate that our visit coincided with a heatwave because there is no air conditioning!!! We were provided with a fan but as we did not have a window that could be opened significantly all that achieved was hot air being wafted around. We were particularly unlucky to be on the top (4th) floor so we had a fixed skylight that acted as a radiator 😩. Temperatures were as high as 35 °C outside and I can't imagine what the temperature was in the room. It was unbearable and made sleeping virtually impossible. The restaurant was also unbearably warm, but eating outside was often not an option as it was hard to get a table. Since there is also smoking permitted anywhere outside, it was also very unpleasant to eat, even inside near the windows. Our room was nice enough, but a huge area was take up by a non functioning open fire place, that whilst adding character, made the usable space quite limited. There was only one window that could be vented slightly and unfortunately it was on the balcony of the adjoining room, which meant we had people sitting directly outside talking and privacy was an issue. The bathroom was a good size but badly laid out. The shower was very small and could easily have been twice the size and water temperature and pressure variable so we were scalded or frozen alternately. More surface area is needed.

Die Unterkunft ist super! Wir waren im «The Hall» für ein Konzert. Konzerthalle und Hotels sind sehr nah zu Fuss (max. 5Min). Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und bei der Launch an der Rezeption durften wir sogar kostenfrei einen Snack holen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und mit gefüllter Minibar, gratis Wasser und einer Kaffeemaschine (inkl. Kapseln) ausgestattet. Einzig die Matratze war etwas durchgelegen. Ist aber verzeihbar, da alles andere so super war. Und das Frühstücksbuffet bekommt für das Personal und die riesen Auswahl auch fünf von fünf Sternen.

We stayed for the 2nd time here and we‘ll certainly come again. Quite Place to take some rest, ideally located. Good Breakfast and staff very friendly

Sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang. Das Zimmer war sehr grosszügig und angenehm eingerichtet. Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer ein absolutes Highlight.

Das Personal war sehr flink, freundlich und zuvorkommend! Leider war nicht genügend Personal für den Ansturm der Gäste! Es hatte auch nicht genügend Platz für die Leute, die frühstücken wollten. So kam es zu Engpässen und Wartezeiten!
