Transport to and from:Taking the train is the easiest and cheapest way to get into Geneva. Just before passing through customs vending machines dispense FREE 60 minute tickets valid for both trains and buses into the city. A journey into the city by trains takes 6 to 12 minutes.
The bus stop is on the check-in level next to the train station. Buses depart every 8 to 12 minutes.
Taxis are also available just outside the terminal. Trips into the city cost between 23 and 30 pounds. All rent car operators are located in the check-in area.
Services: In the departure area on the third floor to the left is an area with different cafes and eating options. Here you can find Burger King, Starbucks and Upper Crust. Directly opposite on the other side to the right of the escalators is a Le Pret-A-Manger. An information point can be accessed on the transit level (4th floor) near Swiss Coffee House.
Insider Tip: Free WiFi can be accessed on the departure level just to the left of the escalators near BCGE distributors.
