Forget public transport - get a taxi!

Always allow more than enough time for your journey though. The most efficient way to travel to and from either of the airports in San Paolo is by taxi. Reasonably priced, they offer a safe way of getting about. International travellers arrive at the Guarulhos Airport . From here the Airport Bus Service (costing the equivalent of £12) connects the airport with the city. But despite San Paulo being only 16 miles away, the bus journey might take one or two hours, depending on traffic. Domestic Congonhas Airport is even closer - just seven miles from the city, it is also best reached by taxi.

"老实说有点失望，可能是旅游景区的酒店缘故。房间并没有很干净，有苍蝇，阳台的门锁是坏的，锁不上。Checkin的时候没有提示是否需要洗漱用品，进出大厅服务员就是看你几眼，没有礼貌性问候。早餐种类还可以，但是服务员又是一种‘金口难开’的态度。 总体来讲，细节还需要提高很多。"

"Perfect location. You can see the fabulous Taihu lake scene from the lake view room. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. There was even a night swimming pool party for children when I stayed there. And the breakfast is also good. After all, the hotel is quite lovely."

Not bad, not great
"Hotel Clean, service very friendly. Very basic in terms of catering. No room service. And if you want dinner you have to go 2 minutes round the corner to the bigger Holiday Inn, which in all fairness does a good burger with friendly service. Breakfast is mainly Chinese with western option being toast, ..."
