"I had to cancel the reservation due to 5 of the 7 people in my group were ill and we were unable to travel to Benni Mellal and this hotel. Expedia and I tried to no avail to get my refund of 3 rooms but to no avail. This is very disappointing. I cancelled in enough time by still the hotel Ouzoud ..."

"Disaster! This place doesn't exist!!! Total rip off by Expedia! When I checked later, there was another Expedia hotel with the same address, also doesn't exist. I confirmed with locals. Be careful booking in Marrakesh, the cheap places don't exist or cancel on you, taking your money, even on Expedia ..."
