Hotel to Hotel Same Day Luggage Delivery
This package is only available for luggage delivery between hotels within the same city. Drop off your luggage before 11:00 AM and your luggage will be delivered to the destination hotel by 21:00 PM on the same day. This package is also available if you are staying at an Airbnb with a surcharge of US15.
Airport to Hotel Same Day Luggage Delivery
Drop off your luggage between 9:00 AM - 18:00 PM, and your luggage will be deliver to the destination hotel by 21:00 PM on the same day. This package is also available if you are staying at an Airbnb with a surcharge of US15.
Hotel to Airport Same Day Luggage Services
Drop off your luggage before 11 am at your hotel and receive your luggage between 3-9 PM at the airport. Our agent will pick up the luggage according to the planned route. You could choose a specific collection and delivery time within the time frame to fit your schedule and flight.
At least 2 hours before the flight departure as delivery time is suggested.
Airport delivery will be an in-person handover, the agent will meet you at the meeting point (Instructions will be sent to your email address).
Other charge:
Free waiting for the first 30 mins. We will charge the client US $5/every 15mins after the first 30 mins of free waiting.
This package is also available if you are staying at an Airbnb, if there is no counter at the pickup/delivery location, an Airbnb surcharge of $15 will be charged.
Cancellation within 72 hours: No refund.
Modification within 48 hours: No refund if the modification is unable to proceed
Hotel to Hotel
This package is only available for luggage delivery between hotels within the same city. Drop off your luggage before 12:00 noon and receive your luggage before 9 PM at your next hotel.
Please include the hotel reservation letter for luggage drop-off.
What's included, what's not
Know before you book
- Make sure you select your exact number of luggage items when booking. For this activity, a traveller refers to a piece of luggage.
- Airport to Hotel: Drop off the luggage at the airport before 6:00 pm and receive the luggage by 9:00 pm at the appointed hotel in city centre Abha. Selecting at least 2 hours after the flight arrival as collection time is suggested.
- Hotel to Airport: Drop off the luggage to the hotel counter before 11:00 am and receive the luggage between 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm at the airport at designated time (with a 30 minute time window). Selecting at least 2 hours before the flight departure as delivery time is suggested.
- Hotel to Hotel: Drop off the luggage to the hotel counter before 11:00 am and receive the luggage by 9:00 pm at the appointed hotel in city centre Abha.
- For luggage delivery to/from the airport, please refer to the confirmation email from LuggAgent which includes instructions of the airport meeting point for in-person handover.
- For luggage delivery from a hotel, you may leave the hotel after dropping off the luggage and taking photos of the luggage and storage receipt. The driver does not necessarily collect your luggage at the time you drop it off at the concierge.
- For luggage delivery to the hotel, your luggage will be delivered to the concierge under your booking name, so please provide a copy of the hotel confirmation document.
- In accordance with UK consumer law, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
