Hotel to Hotel Same Day Luggage Delivery
This package is only available for luggage delivery between hotels within the same city. Drop off your luggage before 12:00 noon and receive your luggage by or after 6:00 PM at your next hotel. This package is also available if you are staying at an Airbnb with a surcharge of US15.
Airport to Hotel Same Day Luggage Delivery
Drop off your luggage between 9AM to 3PM at the airport and receive your luggage between 6-9 PM at your hotel. You could choose a specific collection and delivery time within the time frame to fit your schedule and flight. For luggage delivery from hotels to the airport, the pickup time must be within 2 hours prior to your departure time. The cost incurred due to insufficient time for luggage pick up should be shouldered by the customer. This package is also available if you are staying at an Airbnb.
Hotel to Airport Same Day Luggage Delivery
Drop off your luggage between 9AM to 12 noon at your hotel and receive your luggage between 3-9 PM at the airport. You could choose a specific collection and delivery time within the time frame to fit your schedule and flight. This package is also available if you are staying at an Airbnb with a surcharge of US15.
What's included, what's not
Know before you book
- Make sure you select your exact number of luggage items when booking. For this activity, a traveller refers to a piece of luggage.
- Luggage must not weigh more than 32kg (70lbs) and measure less than 32 inches (length and width total 180cm). Your luggage can be a suitcase, carton, backpack, or bag (briefcase).
- Please ensure your bags do not contain animals, plants, frozen meat, contraband, explosives, and illegal items. Offenders must bear legal liability. Please hand carry your passport, flight documents and other important personal items like cash.
- You will arrange your exact luggage pickup date and time directly with LuggAgent after booking. If you book for deliveries to/from Airbnb or hotels, please also include your address location. LuggAgent will send you the meeting point map and instruction after.
- If you do not pick up your luggage for 30 minutes after the selected pick up time, you will be charged USD5 per 15 minutes for the waiting fees.
- If you book the Airport to Hotel option and drop off your luggage before 12 noon, you will receive it at the hotel by 6 PM. If you book the Hotel to Airport option and drop off your luggage your luggage before 12 noon, you will receive it at the airport after 4 PM. Please plan accordingly.
- For luggage delivery from hotels to the airport, the pickup time must be within 2 hours prior to your departure time. You will bear any cost incurred due to insufficient time for luggage pickup.
- To receive your luggage, you must present your passport or photo ID to confirm your identity. The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified.
- If the luggage does not meet any of the legal rules, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. You must bear all the losses and any legal liabilities.
- In accordance with UK consumer law, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
