Room was very hot and the air conditioning was not working also water was running in the bath continuously. Our room was not cleaned and we had to ask for clean cups and coffee and milk. Hotel was in the centre of Cardiff so great for the shops.

Pros, Good location. good breakfast selection. Cons, No towel rail in bathroom. Very smart mixer taps but unable to get cold water from ours.

Fabulous location and very comfy bed and pillows. Room nicely decorated but fitted furniture a bit dated and drawers unit shabby. Nice gesture, was upgraded to a superior room. Very clean.

Fantastic location for shopping. Staff are very helpful, onsite car park and restaurant food okay, definitely worth considering.

We chose this hotel primarily for two reasons. Firstly because of it's location, which is bang in the middle of Cardiff city centre. This meant that we could leave our car in the hotel car park (the second reason) and explore the city on foot. The car park was reasonably priced and being just at the rear of the hotel close and handy when we wanted to drive out of the city. The staff were very friendly and offered assistance when it was required.
