I received a message from the hotel I booked with which said that they were checking availability to see if they could deliver on my request. I thought my booking was confirmed. They also asked me to send them the confirmation email as they couldn’t find my name in their booking system. Not very reassuring.

Car was not rented as I did not have international driving license. I have been renting cars vis ebookers for more then 10 years, last 3/21 in US with no problems. As the rental agent refused to rent a car it was impossible to contact ebookers for any help, no working phone number is listed on website. I am US customer and succesfully used this services before for cars in Poland, Italy and US without problems. Supposedly, this info is listed on web site but it is obvious that I am US customer from my phone, credit card etc, and I could have been worn. I lost several hundred dollars. Will not rent or book again.

Kind of disappointed because after I paid a message showed there no seats – contact the specified airline! It felt like you are on your own!
