Not even close to 5 star

Was very disappointed with our stay here, dated rooms with stains in bathroom, no towels provided in room, spa booking was rescheduled to a time where spa was closed, repeatedly asked for our broken shower to be fixed but gave up after a while as we only had a short period of stay here. No tables available for breakfast in the morning, staff were incredibly rude mainly at reception definitely didn't feel as if we were at a 5 star establishment, don't think they really care about their guests. A positive, the private beach area was nice and quiet. Overall the reception staff need to be retrained or fired, I have never been spoken so rudely to at any "5 star" establishment before and they are a real let down to the hotel. This hotel needs to understand providing good customer service and etiquette or I doubt I'll be the last person who complains about similar problems.

Hôtel&plage

Premièrement il y a de la publicité mensongère photo Shop pour faire croire que l'hôtel est sur la plage et non pas derrière un boulevard sur lequel les voiture passent à 80km/h et deuxièment c'est un établissement pas du tout entrenu est le personnelnest pas à l'écoute autrement dit c'est un hôtel 3 étoiles et non pas 5

Confort HOTEL

La bouteille d'eau pourrait être comprise dans la formule demi-pension. La piscine n'est pas chauffée. Personnel agréable mais qui n'est pas à la hauteur à la réception.
