We have stayed here many times before lockdown. I paid via ebookers and PayPal but I was asked to pay again on check out. They said today they will refund that amount tp my VISA card.

Great stay at the hotel last week. I travel a lot for work, and I am going to be using this hotel often going forward. I have in fact booked it again this week. Really freindly staff. Keep up the great customer service.

On checking we wasn’t given any information on any thing in the hotel, ie meal times, swim, gym, where things were. Took the payment given the key up to the first floor. Bedrooms not very clean. Restaurant staff very friendly.

Great location for exploring the coast between Portsmouth and Brighton which is what we came to do. Portsmouth 6 miles and Brighton about 45 with Arundel Castle on the way. Check in ok, no mention of breakfast or the facilities available etc the usual helpful stuff. Room basic but very clean and tidy with everything you needed. Main gripe was the shower curtain, can't remember the last time I fought with one as it kept sticking to you when you showered as they do! A shower screen would make a big difference and be more hygienic. Breakfast good, plenty of choice. Had sandwich when we arrived which was fine but didn't use the restaurant for hot food so can't comment.

We had quite high expectations as The Langstone Quays is a beautiful place. However when i phone the lady i spoke to was really quite short but actually helpful. On arrival the gentleman on the desk was lovely and friendly. The room was standard, i own a clenaing company so have quite high quality in cleaning. The mirror had finger prints on it, the toilet had marks in it and there was cob webs from the lights to the walls. The pillows really wasn't good, very lumpy. We was a little gutted the bar closed at 11 but this wasnt an issue as we took drinks back to our room. The breakfast was beautiful, very much enjoyed it apart from the que to get a cup of tea.
