This stay was a disaster. I originally booked a four night stay. My intention was to arrive the early morning after my first night. Obviously the only way I could arrive early morning was to book the night before. Out of courtesy, I sent an email to the hotel informing them of my travel plans and was subsequently surprised to find, as a result, they had decided to give my room to someone else! After phone calls from myself and Expedia support, the hotel eventually said they may be able to provide a room when I arrived. Or I may have to wait 7 hours before checkin. I was eventually given a room, although it was an inferior room type from that rate I booked at and paid for. No refund or compensation was offered. The toilet also stopped working. It took multiple phone calls before anything was done about it and the resolution took over a day. The hotel was overpriced in terms of their food offerings. Bring your own water, unless you feel it is reasonable to pay £4.20 for a bottle of Highland Spring in a four star hotel in an office park. The room was not particularly clean, with layered dust to be found on many fixtures. My wife and I checked out a day early.

Lovely hotel worth every penny

I had a great evening here we had a junior suit where I proposed to my now fiancé the hotel helped the best they possibly could and I could not fault any part of are stay Food and spa facilities were fantastic best hotel iv stayed in so far

Lovely staff

Pros: Great Staff
Cons: Bed was too soft - it wasn't old as it didn't dip it was just too soft
The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the food was good. The best buffet breakfast in any hotel we have stayed in as staff served from the buffet so other guests didn't have the opportunity to muck about with it. The location was ideal for us, but the bed was too soft so we didn't sleep as well as we should have

Wonderful hotel

Great start phoned up to see if we could get an earlier entry no problem a room was available. Very clean and excellent spa facilities.

Overnight stay only. Very impressed

We were attending a company annual Dinner Dance at the hotel and were staying overnight. The staff were very helpful and the facilities ideal. All in all were extremely impressed
