Small room, a bit chaotic on reception. Church bells ringing from 9am after fire alarm went off at 4.30am and stood outside for an hour. Not a good nights sleep sadly. Not good value for money.

Good morning Tabitha, I do apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused you on your stay with us at hotel indigo Liverpool. In regards to the reception being chaotic, our reception can be really busy which would be out the staff control and as for the church bells, it is nothing to do with the hotel and can not do anything about the bells I'm afraid. Clean rooms with added touch of drinks and chocolate in your fridge adds that little extra to your stay . Food really good in The restaurant . Great value and location
