We'll pick you up at your hotel or at the Dock of Mindelo and then we'll walk arround together in the city to know the day-to-day life of Cape Verdeans, we'll buy fresh fish at the fish market and then we'll go to the vegetable market to choose the main ingredients together for our experience.
In the kitchen you will learn step by step how to peel manioc or yams or potatoes a lá Cape Verde, and you will help us until the dish is ready.
At the end of the experience, we will taste our dishes of the day.
