Overview

After a short briefing to show the basic techniques for paddling in complete safety, we will begin our SUP excursion where we will see small coves and points that are unreachable on foot, fully enjoying their beauty. This will be followed by an aperitif on the beach with snacks to relax and fully enjoy the experience.

Activity itinerary

Apero SUP (Stand Up Paddle) at sunset in the wonderful bay of Capolungo (Nervi). At the end of Anita Garibaldi promenade, you will find Capolungo, a picturesque bay still populated by the last fishermen of the area. Meeting at 18:45 in Capolungo (Nervi). We will begin our excursion to explore with the SUP the Riviera of the Golfo Paradiso. We will visit small beaches and hidden coves that can only be reached from the sea, fully enjoying their beauty. During our way back, we will be able to admire an unforgettable sunset before returning to Capolungo, where we will be able to relax while enjoying an aperitif on the beach accompanied by typical Ligurian products. If you are at your first experience in SUP (Stand Up Paddle), the guide will teach you how to paddle in complete safety to make you completely independent on the board.
