property exterior shabby, very tired looking, could do with a good lick of paint and repairs to woodwork handrails and fencing. Water pressure in shower was pathetic. Paintwork around doors and frames needed cleaning.

Needs updating. Toilet dirty generally not clean dark .the outside stairs need sweeping and jet washing

Good value

Pros: Convenient
Cons: Needs a makeover - it looks tired
Location: Good location not too far from City centre and Cardiff Bay
Room was clean but basic. Cooked Breakfast very good. All staff very polite and helpful

Total relaxation

This was my second visit for this hotel. Super friendly staff from the check-in to check out. An absolute silence in the night enabling you to have a total relaxation in a very comfortable bed and bedding. Nice continental breakfast with fairly good variety but should in my opinion include some cereals. Will definitely come back if I'm back to Cardiff.

Convenient hotel not too far outside City centre.

Pros: The price.
Cons: Decor is quite outdated.
Location: Not too far outside the City centre. It was a quick visit bringing our daughter back to Uni. Needed somewhere to stay the night.
It was a quick brief visit and this hotel did the job, a comfortable place to sleep!

Weekend in Cardiff

Pros: Friendly staff.
Location: Located close to Cardiff.
Nice Hotel very clean but a bit tricky to find !!!!!

AVERAGE, no more

The hotel was clean, and close to the M4 which was vital to us. However the internet was extra at £3, and the room was very dimly lit. Ok for an overnight stay.

Night away from home

Good experience overall. Very clean, friendly staff. Shame I couldnt get wifi. Fab for 36 pounds for 2, not including breakfast!
