Friendly staff, clean and excellent facilities in the room. Perfect for exploring the city. Liked the little touches - breakfast pastries and supply of tea bags! Will definitely use this property again next time we’re in York.

Room had everything we needed for a weekend stay. We couldn’t get the TV to work when we first got there and all was sorted for us by the time we got back to the room. TV had built in chromecast so you could screen share netflix from your phone using the wi-fi. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Complimentary breakfast and hot drinks were a nice touch. Apartments are by the river and we had a lovely river view room with a balcony. Only 10/15 min walk to bars and restaurants...or if the weather is bad £4/5 in an Uber. Overall great stay and would definitely recommend/stay again.

Room was clean, spacious and kitchenette was very well equipped . Location was ideal. Bathroom was really nice and modern. Staff were very friendly and efficient at check in. Would definitely stay again as thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
