A staple of Italian ski resorts in the winter months, this delicious concoction is just what you need when you've bid farewell to a day on the slopes and hello to a cosy evening by the fire.

Ingredients & Method

450ml Brandy, 450ml Eggnog or Advocaat, topped with whipped cream

First things first, pour out your brandy into a glass. Next, warm the eggnog in a small saucepan over a low heat. When it is very hot but not quite boiling pour it over your brandy and give it a good mix. Top with a generous squirt of whipped cream.
