Recipe courtesy of Luisa-Christie: Vegan-friendly and very yummy, whip up this creamy treat, served in tumbler or cognac/brandy glass if you're feeling fancy

Ingredients & Method

50ml malibu 200ml coconut milk cinnamon stick (optional) dark chocolate / chocolate powder

Put ice to the empty glass to ensure glass is chilled. Mix 50ml malibu with 200ml of coconut milk in a cocktail shaker with ice and pour mixture into the glass. Grate dark chocolate or sprinkle choc powder over (you can use a fun stencil like a star, if you want to make it extra festive) then add cinnamon stick and serve!
