Christmassy, spicy, alcohol-free and great served hot or cold, this is a cosy beverage for the whole family.
200ml whole milk, 50ml whole cream, 100ml fresh brewed masala chai, 2 teaspoons cinnamon syrup, 2 teaspoons caramel, cocoa powder for dusting
Heat the milk and cream on a low flame until simmering. Take off the hob and stir in the masala chai, caramel and cinnamon syrup. Serve hot or cold, dusted in cocoa.
