Bonjour, Je vous remercie d'avoir pris le temps de nous laisser un commentaire et suis désolé que votre séjour dans notre établissement n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. En effet, suite à la crise liée au Coronavirus, nous avons été contraints à fermer les portes de l'hôtel et les ouvrir sur appel à l'interphone afin de réguler le nombre de personnes dans les ascenseurs. Et cela avec l'objectif de garantir la sécurité de nos clients et du personnel de l'hôtel. Concernant la chambre, sachez que ces éléments sont repris dans les nouveaux hôtels OKKO, vous pouvez dès à présent découvrir notre nouveau design à Toulon et Paris Gare de l'Est. J’espère tout de même pouvoir vous accueillir à nouveau à Bayonne. Bien Cordialement
