TRES MECONTENTE. NON INFORMES DE L'ANNULATION

Cons: Communication en cas de problème
Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel vers 18 h. Quelle surprise ! la réceptionniste nous a informés qu'elle n'avait aucune réservation ! l'hôtel était fermé suite aux dégats causés par l'ouragan Harvey. La situation date de fin aoüt , il y aurait largement eu le temps de nous informer. Nous nous sommes retrouvés sans hôtel et tous ceux des environs étaient fermés pour la même raison. Par la suite, lorsque j'ai eu accès à ma messagerie, je me suis rendue compte qu'une info par mail m'était parvenue le jour-même à 17h42. Beaucoup trop tardivement. Finalement, après de nombreuses recherches, nous avons trouvé à 20h45 un hébergement au MainStay Suites pour un tarif largement supérieur : 143,75 $ SANS petit-déjeuner au lieu et place de 69,07 € petit déjeuner compris. J'ai bien reçu le remboursement des 69,07 €, mais au vu de la faute inexcusable de non-information, je demande le remboursement de la différence de tarif que nous avons supportée soit 126,98 € (143,75 $) - 69,07 € = 57,91 €. Je compte sur votre diligence pour régler ce problème dans les plus brerfs délais.
