Staff doesn't understand english

The best thing about the Hotel is the room was very comfortable. However, I wouldn't say same thing for the location and hotel staff. Reception staff didn't seem to be helpful us. Our room's door wasn't closed properly. I asked for help from the reception but reception staff didn't understand even basic English words, and for some reason staff was always talking us in French even though we didn't understand any single word. Later on we communicated with funny sign language each other, the problem solved. Otherwise, I would recommend the hotel to everybody if staff be more helpful and be able to speak to guests in English.

Bon hotel moyen

Cet hotel correspond très bien à notre attente, propre et confortable, pour une escale avant un vol très tôt le matin depuis l'aéroport de Beauvais. Par contre le restaurant est plutôt bas de gamme, cuisine de réchauffage , rien ne semble est cuisiné sur place. Petit déjeuner beaucoup trop cher, nous avons préféré nous en passer et avons pris le notre à l'aéroport pour moitié moins cher !!

Parfait pour une nuit !

Bon accueil, chambre rénovée et bien isolée ! Un sèche cheveux aurait été un plus... Nous n'avons pas testé le petit déjeuner, mais le rapport qualité prix est excellent.

superbe sejour

Hôtel et chambre très propre avec télé sans supplément. à proximité des commerces ainsi que la salle de spectacle où j'ai pu me rendre. idéal pour un court séjour.
