Hotel close to main turist spots

Hotel promises don't meet reality. Hotel does not stand opposite to the park as stated. True, It is close to it but not close enough that one can enjoy park view or atmosphere neither from outside nor from the window. To it condition and level of room's hygiene is not as good even comparing to low budget hotel in China's periphery. Hotels in Beijing are generally overpriced for this what they offer.
