ETAP Hotel is beside Filthy MacNastys Nightclub, and noise levels on a Saturday night isn't good. Its not the Ritz, its very basic clean accommodation. No kettle in room. Just a TV.

If you just needed a bed for a few days it was ok. Shower head broke and so was the window. Was expecting it to be a little more cosy

excellent position in city, staff very friendly HOWEVER this was definitely a case of living out suitcase. Only storage space three coat hangers, no drawers etc. for two people! No chairs, one stool. Little balls of dust on floor. Remote on TV didn't work. We laughed and didn't reallymind it - but be warned!

we arrived there 9.30 in thee evening room was already cancel before we reached there because we didn't call to call to confirm we were coming! we asked for two room with twin beds . there were none

Budget hotel no thrills

Location: Vere popular J D Weatherspoon's ( The Bridge ) Food / drink brilliant
Budget hotel , staff brilliant clean and comfortable room , pity no drink making facility / tray in room, hot drinks available in lobby. If ever in Belfast again would use this hotel.

Excellent Location

Pros: All aspects
Cons: Nothing to be improved.
Location: Excellent location for sightseeing, pubs, restaurants, theatre etc
Comfortable bed Quite location Well set out eating area Lift and stairs in ideal location Breakfast excellent Good city information from reception Good selection of bottled drinks etc from reception area Well set out reception area Quite and a good budget hotel
