Bon accueil, le personnel est présent et attentif aux demandes. Point noir sur l'entretien de l'extérieur: alors que des pluies verglaçantes étaient annoncées depuis une journée et ceci pour plusieurs nuits, rien n'avait été prévu par la direction pour faire face à se phénomène météo. Ceci ayant pour conséquence de prendre les clients en otages puisque dans l'impossibilité de sortir du parking. Le personnel présent s'est trouvé complètement démuni face à cette situation. Le premier matin, je me suis trouvé avec une bonne heure de retard sur mon emploi du temps. Ceci est totalement inadmissible pour la direction d'un établissement accueillant des clients.

Interessante hotelbauweise nahe stadtzentrum

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Altstadt Belforts und der Festung. Das frühstücksangebot haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen da wir uns mehr auf die Spezialitäten des Landes fixiert hatten. Langes ausschlafen war eher nicht möglich da man fast jede Person hörte die Aufstand oder nur das Zimmer verließ... denn das Hotel besteht aus mehreren Containern die eingerichtet und übereinander gestapelt wurden.

Sehr sauber, freundliches Personal, genügend Parkplätze vorhanden - stimmt alles.
