Hotel discret et pratique

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Berlin. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier très vivant avec beaucoup de restaurants et de bars et la station de métro est à 5 minutes, très pratique. Nous avions juste eu des choses déplaisantes : la douche était bouchée, le Wi-Fi ne marchait pas, bien que nous l'ayons signalé a la réception, personne n'a rien fait pour améliorer les choses. Le réceptionniste n'était pas très chaleureux.
