Lovely comfortable hotel and attentive staff. Very historic building and atmosphere made for a great weekend break.
Beautiful old building. The outside stairs are a little steep. Parking is awkward when the notices say a maximum of 3 hours parking and people tell you not to worry about it.
I was very disappointed in this hotel for a 4 star. Water in the room tasted awful. Seemed to be all Male staff which I have nothing against men but you needed a female to put a smile on their faces as they seemed pretty stressed at breakfast!!! You couldn't have 'bread' at breakfast it could only ...
Had a wonderful stay - staff were brilliant, food was excellent, and our room was wonderful (room number 2). Will definitely be back!
