The hotel is well located, really close to everything in Bologna, but having had a room at the front of the hotel the street noise made it impossible to get much sleep on Friday and Saturday nights. There was also a couple in a neighboring room arguing loudly late one night, so the walls must be pretty thin. I couldn't recommend the hotel on that basis. We had booked an apartment, but we were told there was a problem with it and they had to put us a room instead. We didn't really mind this, but if you have your heart set on an apartment it's something to bear in mind that they could change your reservation. They offerred us breakfast to make up for it, which we didn't take them up on so I can't comment on their breakfast.

We are sorry you had so much problems during your stay, but we still wonder why you did not take breakfast, as it was offered as an apology after we had to move you to the hotel's rooms instead of the apartment. We understand you had booked an apartment but there was no way for us to host you there as there had been a water leak and no hot water nor heating working, that we well mentioned upon your arrival. We are located in an traffic restricted area and the streets around are pedestrian during weekends, you must very unkucky to find all that noise, we are truly sorry. Kind regards

We stayed mid May for long weekend, we were not in the main hotel we were in a studio apartment 50yards further up. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and provided us with a loan travel plug as ours wouldn't work which stopped us having to waste time trying to find on, this meant we could use our time to explore the city.

Comfortable hotel with artistic touches

Our stay at the hotel was perfect. We appreciated its location in the historic centre while enjoying the peaceful ambiance and pleasant helpful staff. It was a delight to the eye and the soul!

Das Hotel ist optimal gelegen mitten im Zentrum Bolognas. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer oder besser gesagt mein Apartement war sehr sauber, geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Einziger echter Makel war, dass die Fenster den Lärm von draussen nur mangelhaft zurückhielten. Zwar ist/war die Strasse zwar kaum befahren, aber lärmende Fussgänger/Streitende/Betrunkene waren nachts leider sehr gut zu hören. Alles in allem aber dennoch eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Ich war unter dem Dach untergebracht und hatte nur Dachfenster mit Blick in den Himmel. Preisleistung stimmte da nicht. Ein solches Zimmer sollte weniger Kosten.
