dear Gina, thank you for your kind review. We are sorry you had so much problems during your stay, but we still wonder why you did not take breakfast, as it was offered as an apology after we had to move you to the hotel's rooms instead of the apartment. We understand you had booked an apartment but there was no way for us to host you there as there had been a water leak and no hot water nor heating working, that we well mentioned upon your arrival. We are located in an traffic restricted area and the streets around are pedestrian during weekends, you must very unkucky to find all that noise, we are truly sorry. Kind regards
