Air condition did not work. Had to change the room in the middle of the night. Checked 2 rooms before where air condition also didn’t work. Rooms are old, very used up with a bad smell. Quality of Breakfast below average. Staff is friendly and helpful. Price performance ratio is very bad. For sure not 4 stars. I recommend to choose other hotels. Rooms in Zanhotel Europa need renovation! As I checked several rooms because of the aircondition problem I know that at least rooms on 1st floor are in bad shape and used up. Blankets are military style…

Mooie citytrip

Ideale ligging om de stad te voet te verkennen. De ligging vlakbij het station maakt de transfer vanaf het vliegveld bijzonder gemakkelijk. De receptie helpt bovendien graag met veel info.

Plussana on hotellin hyvä sijainti rauhallisella sivukadulla, mutta kävelymatkan päässä pääkadulta ja monista nähtävyyksistä. Huoneet ja yleiset tilat ovat kunnossa ja siivous toimi hyvin. Miinuksena huono äänieristys huoneissa.
