"We were so disappointed in the Hotel Troy, we left after one night. Many things were broken in my room, there were ants crawling all over the floor. The staff were very pleasant but way too few, so service was quite poor. Tea at breakfast the next morning took one hour to receive. I tried numerous times through emails and phone calls to speak with hotel management but still have not heard back from anyone regarding my concerns. I hope they'll do better! It's a pretty property."

"A lovely place. It has a real focus on families and backpackers. The buffet dinner is secreted with everyone in the camp at the same time. You all sit down and eat together. This is nice because you get to meet new people, but limits your flexibility. "
