Nettes Hotel, aber definitiv nicht auf 5-Sterne-Niveau. Vieles ist mehr Schein als Sein (z.B. mangelhafter Service am Pool - Tücher fehlen, zu wenig Personal; hübsches Design aber es klappert viel, Duschen laufen schlecht ab). Sollte sich bezgl. Expectation Management besser als 4*-Verkaufen. Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut, auch wenn Location nicht ideal und Personal (zu) knapp ist, sowie Weinkarte zu schmal (z.B. kein einziger Sauternes - und dies in Bordeaux!).
