Great hotel well located in the centre of town.

Very friendly and helpful staff make this hotel a cut above the rest for service. The commmnzk areas are small but a good breakfast is provided in an efficient way.

Very helpful staff

Great small hotel in a very central location with easy walking access to shops and attractions. Staff are very friendly and helpful sorting any issues immediately.

Good stay

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Room was comfortable, and had a whirlpool and DVD player which included in room rate but we never used. Wifi was strong. Locationwise, a safe walking distance to a shopping mall, restaurants and metro stations.

Sehr schönes Hotel, kleine Schönheitsfehler

Sehr zentral gelegen. Das Hotel hat nur 17 Zimmer, pro Etage nur zwei. Der Frühstücksraum ist winzig mit nur vier 2-er Tische. Dies alles gibt dem Hotel einen ganz speziellen Charme. Die Zimmer sind gross und haben genügend Platz für alles. Alle Zimmer haben ein Jacuzzi und die Deluxe Zimmer noch eine kleine Sauna dazu. Hinzu kommt ein extrem freundliches Personal, welches alle Wünsche soweit wie möglich zu erfüllen versucht. Einige kleine Schönheitsfehler gibt es dennoch. Allen voran die extrem langsame Internetverbindung, die kurioserweise als High speed verkauft wird. Die Sauberkeit ist nicht über alle Zweifel erhaben, bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wird das Zimmer nicht immer gründlich gereinigt. Die Zimmerpreise sind relativ günstig, jeder Zusatzservice wird aber verrechnet. Zum Beispiel wird auf der Webseite damit geworben, dass alle Zimmer eine Nespresso Maschine haben. Nicht erwähnt wird aber, dass man die entsprechenden Kapseln separat bezahlen muss. Zusammenfassend trotz kleiner Abstriche eine sehr gute Alternative zu den üblichen Hotelkästen.

Empfehlenswert

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Steht mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Z.B. für Ausflüge, Unterhaltung usw. Saubere und modern eingerichtete grosse Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück und freundliche Bedienung. Frühstücksraum allerdings etwas klein.

Super hotel

Nous avons séjourné une nuit à l'hôtel. Il est très confortable. En plein centre de Buenos Aires. Les chambres sont grandes, lumineuses, et disposent toutes d'un jacuzzi privé. Le top après une longue journée de marche à Buenos Aires. Certaines ont même un sauna privé (ce qui était le cas de la notre car nous avons été gracieusement surclassés). L'hôtel est petit, à taille humaine. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Nous avons été satisfaits.

Oase in Buenos Aires

Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Zimmer war sauber, gut klimatisiert und gross, das Badezimmer mit integriertem Wirlpool und Sauna eine positive Überraschung. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, der Platz aber eng. Die honesty bar eine sympatische Sache.
