Pleasant hotel for access to Cairns

The room was clean and well situated with views over the pool. However there was not sufficient crockery to make breakfast in our rooms and no restaurant on the premises. A couple of bowls spoons knives and plates would have improved our stay considerably in view of the fact that most trips started at 7.00 or 7.30 am. Staff were well informed and friendly.

Good location

Pros: Location.
Hotel with good location, near to beach and centre. It is good to know, that daily cleaning is not included. Trash has to be taken out by yourself and you can get sanitary items and clean towels from reception. Air conditioning was working, but not very effective, room was quite moist. Worst was cockroaches in bath room and in room. Hotel personnel kindly came and poisoned them, but they were back the next day.
