Great Location in Crespo. Staff very friendly, Hotel is in very good condition and is a non smoking facility. Rich Breakdance Buffet. Jogging area just along the Beach. Pool Service for F&B very slow. Taxi Service to Center or Bocagrande 3$. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

great hotel

I came to this hotel with some friends for a holiday. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Is just a very short taxi ride to the old city which is gorgeous. We met a taxi driver who works for the hotel called Carlos. He became our tour guide as everyday he was taking us to see the best tourist attractions, he has very good knowledge of the city and is a great guide. The pool is great and has a nice view, our rooms were lovely with a nice balcony. I had a small issue upon checking in as they charged me some taxes for being Colombian even tho I don't live in the country for over 10 years and hold an European passport. I emailed the management about it and never got a reply, so a little disappointed about it. Overall we've had a great time and will recommend this hotel.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe von Flughafen und so mit auch an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Das stört nur dann wenn man sich viel im Hotel aushält. Da wir ständig unterwegs waren, hat uns der Lärm von der Straße nicht gestört. Die Anlage ist schön, das Personal sehr freundlich.

mauvaise odeur dans la chambre

Nous avons rencontré un problème avec la facturation mais heureusement trouvé une solution. Cependant à l'arrivée dans notre chambre nous avons senti de suite l'odeur à humidité dans toute la pièce (et la réception nous a indiqué que c'était normal dans plusieurs chambres), les servillettes pour le bain même si elles étaient propres ne sentaient pas bon. La piscine très agréable pour les enfants avec des animations. L'hôtel est très bien placé face à la mer et pas loin du centre et de l'aéroport. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Cependant vu l'odeur de la chambre je ne peux pas conseiller à mes amis cet hôtel.
