Hotel was excellent, staff were great. It's a long slog by car into the city but the hotel is right next to a metro station. (The metro is excellent.) And it's close to the airport - invaluable when you have an early flight out. Only moan was that as our stay was coming to an end we were pestered by staff to give them a personal mention in our reviews. The staff were all great, but it's irritating that when I've just spent well over £2,000 of my own money that I get bombarded with requests to implemenet the hotel's HR policy: they need to change their approach to one that is friendly towards their paying customers as well as satisfying their incentive scheme.
