There is no quality about this Quality Inn. Might have been at sometime. Went to room and did not like the smell. Sat on one of the beds to sort fire and bed collapsed. Fire was disgusting and filthy. Drapes not easy to close as partly broken. Toilet and cistern not put close enough to wall so could not close toilet door. Flushed the toilet and water leaked from cistern. Tap at washbasin was not right so many times leaked water all over the place. Went to get into bed and one bed did not have a quilt. Only a sheet and a silky bedspread. I put my silky bedspread on top of the other bed only to find my quilt had brown stains over it. The stairs up to first floor were not clean. The carpets along first floor to room were really not clean. The common place coffee had no cups when I wanted one. In the morning I like toast and the toaster only did one side of the bread. It had seen better days. You cannot butter bread with stupid bendy plastic knives. There is cheap and there is cheaper. At the communal coffee rubbish was left all over the floor. Attention to detail was so lacking and impressions are that if employees enjoyed working there then they would be pro active. Our room had never been checked. We were offered another room but once unpacked I do not want to be moving all the time. It should be right to start with.
