Excellent hotel 5-10 mins from main station. Staff were nice as they allowed an early check in without any issues...as our flight was an early morning one. All in all, would definitely stay there again.

Fast check in.Comfortable rooms with great shower. Breakfast at €25.00 is to expensive even for Cologne. Staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient.

A never stay again at this hotel holiday

We will never stay again at this hotel and will discourage our friends from doing so. Some of the reception staff were very unhelpful and clearly had no people skills. Our room was not ready on arrival, which we expected,nor was it ready when we returned at the advised time. It would not be ready until 15.00, we were told. A large proportion of our short time in Cologne would be spent waiting for our room. We did not understand that breakfast was not included in the quoted price. We spent E20 each for a cup of coffee and a croissant. The staff were not able to give me a receipt for the accommodation which they had deducted from my card but only for food in the restaurant. I have never experienced such poor care. Disgraceful.

Very good hotel

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Excellent service, room was very clean, Situation extremely good - you can walk out into the Media Park. about 20 mins walk to The Cathedral - two underground stations nearby. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot rate the food Unfortunately the Wi-Fi never worked in our room. I can certainly recommend a stay here and will stay there again.

Für kurz Aufenthalte gute Unterkunft mit leider massiven Abstrichen. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht. Sicher ausreichend sauber für 2 Nächte und sehr nett eingerichtete Zimmer. Leider hat es in einem Zimmer von der Decke getropft, so das im Eingangsbereich der Teppich komplett durch nässt war. Was jedoch schlimmer war, dass in der ersten Nacht im anderen Zimmer um 23Uhr Nachts plötzlich eine Fremde Person im Zimmer stand die angeblich das gleiche Zimmer haben sollte. Das war ein Fehler einer anderen Reisegruppe welche Zimmerkarten untereinander getauscht hatten und die Hotelangestellten haben hervorragend reagiert aber dieser Fehler darf in erster Linie gar nicht möglich sein, dass mehrere Personen Zugang zum gleichen Zimmer haben. Deswegen muss ich leider massive Abstriche machen für ein ansonsten ausgezeichnetes Hotel mit tollem und freundlichem Personal

Seien Sie versichert, dass wir jederzeit danach streben unseren Gästen das beste Erlebnis zu bieten und so etwas definitiv nicht passieren dürfte. Zudem möchte ich mich für Ihr so wichtiges Feedback und das lob für unser Hotel und unser tolles Team bedanken, dieses wird von unserem Team und mir sehr ernst genommen. Nur so können wir uns tagtäglich hinterfragen und uns auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Gäste einlassen. Sehr zentrales Hotel mit Tiefgarage (22€/Tag), Kleinem Gym und Sauna. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts.
