"We loved the swimming pool and the flexibility to use the leisure facilities. The staff in the leisure area are fantastic, very helpful, kind and super clean, it shows. Well done. The housekeeping team do exceptional work-the whole hotel is fabulously immaculate. Well done. We loved the warm welcome on day 2 from Aine the receptionist-she is a superstar. The gentleman at reception on day 1 was so professional and stepped in when the lady at reception on day 1 was less helpful. First impressions. Super clean hotel. Super beautiful reception area. The food is mainly high quality at the restaurant. The chicken burger option was superb. Please replace the children`s burger option-it tastes like a home cooked economy burger (please taste it), although the chips were well-liked. The ambience and the customer service in the restaurant can be improved, only stayed for 15 minutes, the service was too rushed-food too quickly delivered on the table and we wanted to get another drink- there was no one available to ask or to check that we enjoyed the meal, so we left. The high rating is due to the quality of the chicken burger and presentation of the food from the kitchen. "
