During my stay every time at breakfast they got my order wrong for my omelette so which I gave up on 3rd day so cause of this it was really disappointing wouldn’t stay again here

Great location

First time to Doha. Checkin was delayed as I arrived @10.00 a.m. and hadn't advised of my Hilton Honors membership beforehand. Got to my room @ 11.30 a.m. Everything about hotel is spacious, wide well lit corridors. Room was spacious, decor furniture and color scheme was not out of the ordinary. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was the best piece of this room features. Huge bath that allowed a great soak, and i would actually return again for the bath and bed alone. TV didn't seem to work properly, signal disappeared each time one switched off. Staff very slow to respond. Only one channel worked on the radio, classical music and that was ok. Blanco outdoor restaurant, a nice place to sit out, eat/drink in temperate weather. However the staff were less admirable. Despite repeated requests staff never brought cutlery until we were finished eating. I ordered brown spiced rum, but they brought white, and spoke over me when I told them if was the wrong drink. The person in charge was condescending, proceeded to tell me my acquaintance and I were like twins, and wouldn't entertain any statement the contrary from me. Instead of making customers feel welcome, I felt unwelcome. Breakfast was oK, usual fare, nothing special, very busy as located next to the pool.

Relaxing family trip

Excellent hotel and very good beach club meant a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday. I have two points for improvement: 1) There should be free wifi for people staying at the hotel 2) The food menu at the beach club needs improving. It is very limited.

Super service, très propre. Très bon petit déjeuner, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Le personnel est top! Nous avons passé une belle semaine au Hilton. L’emplacement est sympa aussi, métro DECC à env. 1 kilomètre mais il y a un bus Metrolink juste en face de l’hôtel, dans la rue parallèle. Merci pour tout et à une prochaine fois ;-)
