This hotel is nowhere near the airport! It cost us 60 Euros from the terminal to get to the hotel then another 40 euros back to the airport, which was considerably more than the room itself. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was fine for what we needed given we had missed our flight and just needed a bed. Very unhappy about the distance though and the overall cost this came to including the taxi fare. This cannot be marketed as an airport hotel when its a 15-20 minute (and exorbitant variable taxi fare) from the airport.

Ich wollte am Mittag und am Abend im Hotel eigenem Restaurant essen gehen. Am Mittag bekam ich wieder willig einen Salat vom Buffet, man sagte mir das Restaurant wäre ausgelastet und sie können mir kein Essen machen, da sie ein Event von 140 Gästen haben. Am Abend war das Restaurant geschlossen wegen des Events(es war aber niemand da). Die Rezeption sagte mir ich solle doch etwas mit dem Handy von außerhalb bestellen. Das geht gar nicht. Bin total enttäuscht.

Lieber Gast, vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, Ihren Aufenthalt in unserem Haus zu bewerten und zu schildern. Natürlich ist es sehr schade, dass Sie auf Grund der Großveranstaltung nicht in den Genuss unsere Küche gekommen sind. Es ist richtig das wir unser Restaurant auf Grund des Events, der dünnen Personaldecke und der geringen Hausgästezahl schließen mussten. Leider müssen wir, in seltenen Fällen, je nach Geschäftsaufkommen diese Entscheidungen treffen. Bitte glauben Sie uns dies ist auch für uns keine optimale Lösung, aber damit unsere Gästen dennoch etwas zu Essen bekommen, bieten wir eben die Bestellung über den Lieferservice an, die dann auch im Restaurant verzehrt werden darf. Das verhalten unserer Mitarbeiter im Restaurant in Bezug auf Ihre Bestellung ist so nicht akzeptabel. An dieser Stelle möchte mich aber in aller Form für die Ihnen entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigen. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wenn Sie uns die Gelegenheit geben, Sie bei Ihrem nächsten Besuch, mit unserem Produkt und unserem starken Servicegedanken überzeugen zu können. Schon der Empfang war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Obwohl wir relativ spät mit zwei Freunden ins Hotelrestaurant kamen wurden wir sehr freundlich bedient. Das Restaurant war bereits völlig leer, aber wir bekamen trotzdem 4 frisch zubereitete Menüs, die noch dazu sehr gut waren. Für ein Hotelrestaurant leider nicht selbstverständlich. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, auch am nächsten Morgen sehr freundlicher Service am Empfang und sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Auch die Servicedame war sehr zuvorkommend und unaufdringlich. Jederzeit gerne wieder in diesem Hotel..

Super Nähe zum Flughafen

Tolles Hotel. Nur Ca. 10 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Personal war super nett, Zimmer sehr gut. Jederzeit wieder.

Für eine Nacht ganz ok

Leider weisen Teppich und Badezimmer deutliche Abnutzungserscheinungen auf. Das Zimmer und die Betten waren für eine Nacht ok. Pool und Außenanlage sahen auch nicht gerade einladend aus. Das könnte jedoch im Frühjahr/Sommer anders sein. Weitere "Leistungen" ( z.B. Frühstück) wurden nicht in Anspruch genommen.
