Wir als kleine Familie fanden das Hotel, den Strand und das Essen sehr gut. Sehr schade war das ich für ein luxus zimmer ein zu kleines Badezimmer hatte, man konnte kaum die Türe zu/auf machen. Sehr sehr schlecht war der Aufbau des Hotels für Kinderwagen, man musste immer den Kinderwagen all die Treppen tragen. Von 3 Abendessen waren 2 sehr schlecht vom Service durchgegührt. Die Kellner waren sehr im stress, viele Besucher haben sich beklagt und viele Besucher sind nach einer Weile aufgestanden weil sie niemand bedient hatte. Sehr schlecht war auch das die Kellner die Bestellung nicht aufschrieben (es kam nicht das auf dem Tisch was eigentlich bestellt wurde), und wenn man reklamiert hat, war die begründung "von dem was Sie bestellt haben, haben wir momentan nichts", aber nebenan bekam eine andere Familie 10minuten später genau das was ich eigentlich Bestellt hatte. (Sehr schlechte und faule Ausrede).
