Well the room was clean but there was just a Net that had a hole in it, & it hadn’t been hemmed or ironed at the window It just looked like a bit of rag The bathe had rust marks around the overflow that just looked liked poo It was reported

Fire alarm went off... No staff to co ordinate or direct guests.. All left standing around.. Unclear whether able to return to rooms. No hot water in hotel for whole morning... Advised would be fixed but had to check out without shower or hair wash

The staff are very friendly but professional. The room was large and comfortable, the bathroom and room were clean and it was a nice touch to have a sofa to sit on. The breakfast was very good, fresh and plentiful and the breakfast staff were really helpful. The stay was excellent value for money.

Close to Liverpool.

Shopping trip

Hotel more than met expectations, staff were very friendly, room comfortable and clean and breakfast very nice. Only downside was it was a bit isolated for walking about and set back right next to a busy road. But did for what we needed as a base for Chesire Oaks.
