The room was clean and very friendly staff at reception. The menu of the gourmet bar didnt have many choices so would not reccomanded to dine but to have a drink at the bar was quite relaxing. The hotel is 30 min walking from Ferney voltaire town and there is a big shopping centre just in front of the hotel. Free shuttle to and from airport but needs to be booked by phoning the reception. Good bus connection to Geneva.

Shuttle service is very less and you have to call hotel as it’s not regular. This is important point because this hotel is on other side of border in France and if you are going for Geneva you have to consider this point. Waiting for long time at the airport we saw other hotel shuttle service at least 5-6 before we got ours. Hotel staff was also unconcerned and I’ll informed. We reached early and they didn’t even see our id and said they can’t check us in early. We thought there is no room. We have to wait 4 hours and finally when we checked in other staff informed us that we could have paid 30 euros and got early check in. We were so disappointed and when we asked them why we were not informed earlier we got rude reply. This is just one example. Room AC was not working. We don’t get free city pass also as this property is not in Swiss. Such a shame we didn’t get good accommodation in beautiful place like Geneva. Bad choice I guess.

COMFORTABLE HOTEL AND GREAT PLACE TO RELAX

This hotel is in France and near to the Geneva airport. There is a shuttle services by the hotel from both side (French Side and Swiss side) of airport. Preferable Swiss side. All the staff in the hotel at receptions and shuttle service drivers, I meet during my stay are very friendly, helpful and nice and polite in dealing. I would say amazing customer services by amazing staff.Hotel is very nice and clean and nice place to stay. It would be my first preference to stay at NOVOTEL Geneve Aeroport France.

Below average airport hotel

Had to wait for 1 hour for the shuttle bus to be picked up. The hotel overall is tired and bland, with minimal facilities and breakfast to be avoided at all cost - even if it's free. The only highlight was a very good dinner at the restaurant with good service. Next time at Geneva airport, try the hotels on the Swiss side
