Business Trip

Hotel was recommended by E-Bookers and was in a good location to get to where I wanted, a taxi was only ever 3-5 minutes away if needed. An excellent restaurant within 250 meters was Acquacotta in via de Pilastri. the hotel had a great breakfast included in the price which was inflated because of a Clothes and Design fair BUT it was still good value and the staff were brilliant and very helpful. I will try to book every time I have the chance to go to Florence

Great weekend

Very good location close to good restaurants and bars. Within walking distance of all the main attractions. Good breakfast in the morning. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Perfect location

The owners could not have done more to ensure everything was satisfactory and made suggestions about activities in and around Florence. They really seemed to care that we had a good time!

We spent a wonderful time at Arizona hotel in Florence

I would like to extend our appreciation for the superb service provided during our visit. The planning and the assistance you provided lead to a successful 16 days in beautiful Florence. The people at the reception were extremely kind, efficient and caring. They were very helpful in booking for us Florence tours, museums and train tickets. The housekeeping ladies made sure that our room was perfectly cleaned daily. All the hotel team was GREAT! Please let your staff knows they are remarkable. We had an outstanding time in Florence and a great time in the Arizona hotel. This was a reasonably priced, wonderful, and relaxing stay, we’ll definitely comeback soon… Thank you very much for everything.

Super Hotel

Wir wurden kompetent empfangen und konnten am Morgen unser Gepäck deponieren. Gute Tips für Abendessen-Restaurant's. Wir fühlten uns wohl im Arizona!!

Mukava matka

Hotelli vastasi odotuksia. Meille oli tärkeää, että aamupalan sai hotellissa, se oli yksi ratkaisevista asioista hotellia varatessamme. Lyhyesti sanoen olimme tyytyväisiä. Emme tarvinneet langatonta yhteyttä, joten siltä osin arvio on pelkkä arvaus.

Hotel zum Wohlfühlen:)

Das Hotel liegt ca 10min vom Zenrum entfernt und für eine Stadtreise sehr ideal gelegen. In der Umgebung gibts viele Essensmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel wird von einer Familie geführt und es sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Zimmer sind etwas ringhörig aber es ist ok. Würden hier wieder übernachten!!!

Hyvällä paikalla

Normi kolmen tähden hotelli. Ystävällinen palvelu. Huoneen kokolattiamatto likainen ja kulunut, kylpyhuone tosi siisti. Hyvä sänky. Huoneessa oli poltettu tupakkaa vaikka oli savuton huone eikä ilmastointi auttanut. Ei tullut millään raikas ilma. Ikkuna ulkopuolella meteliä ilmastointi laitteesta. Aamiainen hyvä tasoinen. Kadulta ei mitään meteliä.

Geschäftsurlaub

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Hotel liegt abseits vom Rummel und ist deshalb sehr ruhig. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich, das Frühstück gut und die Zimmer sauber, geräumig und schön dekoriert.
