Schimmelstellen im ganzen Bad und Duschkabine. Extrem unhöflicher Empfang am Schalter (miese Laune und pampig genervt wie in der DDR) Internet funktionierte nicht trotz WLAN Verbindung. Mehrere Reklamationen am Schalter konnten trotzdem nicht helfen außer mit der Achsel zu zucken. Zimmer brüllend heiß gewesen, da keine Klimaanlage. Fenster öffnen ging auch nicht da sofort dutzende Stechmücken aggressiv reinstürzten und zu stachen. Im Übrigen ist ganz Frankfurt( Oder) Moskito verseucht im Sommer!!! Autan war in der ganzen Stadt komplett ausverkauft. Slubice dagegen kaum obwohl nur 1km Abstand. Daher unbedingt Hotel in Slubice suchen, mit Klima.

Sehr, schade dass es Ihnen nicht gefallen hat. Freundlichkeit wird bei uns groß geschrieben, was man auch bei unseren Bewertungen nachlesen kann. Sie hatten bestimmt eine nicht so gute Anreise- es ist sehr heiß überall. Eine Klimaanlage wird bei uns auch nicht erwähnt, weil wir keine haben! So sollte man auch die Beschreibung bis zu Ende lesen und wenn etwas nicht gefällt, das Hotel nicht buchen. Ja, es stimmt in Slubice gibt es auch sehr schöne Hotel, aber auch diese verfügen nicht alle über eine Klimaanlage.Für den Einzelhandel/Drogerien sind wir nicht zuständig(Autan). Für Mücken kann weder die Stadt noch wir etwas- so ist die Natur. W-Lan gab es eine Problem beim Anbieter, was wir nicht beeinflussen könnten. Wir wünschen Ihnen alles Gute weiterhin.
